USE AND DISCLOSURE OF SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER “SSN”

Atlantic University College affirms and expresses that it complies with Act. 186 of September 1, 2006, which prohibits the use of SSN in routine identification purposes at public and private educational institutions. In order to protect and safeguard the identity of our students, AUC has created a personal identification number for each student. The provision does not apply to the use of SSN in cases where it is required or authorized by the student, parents, or any federal regulation.
