La Universidad reconoce la importancia de establecer amplios canales de comunicación. Si tiene preguntas, inquietudes o quejas, o si desea dialogar sobre una situación en particular, le exhortamos a comunicarse con cualquier miembro de la administración.
Atlantic University (AU) prohíbe expresamente y no tolerará ningún acto de represalia contra un empleado por haber informado o intentar informar situaciones adversas relacionadas con los términos, condiciones u oportunidades de empleo, independientemente de si dichos informes son sobre sí mismo o sobre cualquier otro empleado. AU no permitirá ni respaldará actos de represalia por parte de sus supervisores, oficiales ni otros miembros del personal. Cualquier empleado de la Universidad que incurra en actos de represalia estará sujeto a las medidas disciplinarias correspondientes, que pueden incluir hasta la terminación de empleo.

The University acknowledges the importance of establishing wide channels of communication. If you have questions, concerns, or complaints, or if you wish to talk about a particular situation, please feel free to contact any member of the administration.
AU expressly prohibits and will not tolerate any act of retaliation against an employee for having reported, or attempting to report, adverse situations with respect to employment terms, conditions, or opportunities, regardless of whether these reports are against him or her or against any other employee. AU prohibits and will not tolerate or endorse acts of retaliation on the part of its supervisors, officers, and other staff members. Any employee of the University who incurs in acts of retaliation will be sanctioned with applicable disciplinary measures, up to and including termination.
