USO Y DIVULGACIÓN DEL NÚMERO DE SEGURO SOCIAL (SSN)
Atlantic University afirma y expresa su cumplimiento con la Ley Núm. 186 del 1 de septiembre de 2006, la cual prohíbe el uso del Número de Seguro Social (SSN) para fines rutinarios de identificación en instituciones educativas públicas y privadas.
Con el propósito de proteger y salvaguardar la identidad de nuestros estudiantes, Atlantic University (AU) ha creado un número de identificación personal para cada estudiante.
Esta disposición no aplica al uso del SSN en aquellos casos en que sea requerido o autorizado por el estudiante, sus padres o tutores, o por cualquier regulación federal aplicable.
USE AND DISCLOSURE OF SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER “SSN”
Atlantic University affirms and expresses that it complies with Act. 186 of September 1, 2006, which prohibits the use of SSN in routine identification purposes at public and private educational institutions.
In order to protect and safeguard the identity of our students, Atlantic University (AU) has created a personal identification number for each student.
The provision does not apply to the use of SSN in cases where it is required or authorized by the student, parents, or any federal regulation.
