MEDIDAS DE PROTECCIÓN PARA ESTUDIANTES ACTIVOS EN LAS FUERZAS ARMADAS DE LOS ESTADOS UNIDOS O EN LA GUARDIA NACIONAL
La Ley Núm. 109 del 11 de abril de 2003 establece los reglamentos que rigen la relación entre los centros de educación superior y los estudiantes que trabajan a tiempo parcial en las Reservas de las Fuerzas Armadas de los Estados Unidos y en la Guardia Nacional del Estado Libre Asociado de Puerto Rico.
Atlantic University se rige por esta ley con el fin de garantizar la continuidad educativa de sus estudiantes que forman parte de las Reservas de las Fuerzas Armadas de los Estados Unidos o de la Guardia Nacional del Estado Libre Asociado de Puerto Rico.
PROTECTION MEASURES FOR STUDENTS ACTIVE IN THE UNITED STATES ARMED FORCES OR THE NATIONAL GUARD
The Act no. 109 of April 11, 2003, established the regulations between higher education centers and part time working students in the United States Armed Forces Reserves and the National Guard of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.
Atlantic University is governed by this Act in order to guarantee the education of our students taking part in any of the United States Armed Forces Reserves and the National Guard of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.
